Institutional subscribers registered for the OJPS Usage Statistics Service are able to generate and view usage reports at their convenience for the AIP, APS, and AAPT online journals to which they subscribe.
Librarians may specify the date ranges for their reports; statistics for all of 2000 and 2001 are available, and 2002 data will become available month by month.
Those eligible institutions who have not yet registered for the OJPS Usage Statistics Service will soon receive an email notice with registration instructions, directed to the contact person indicated on their
institutional user licenses. This email contains a passcode that, together with each institution's AIP, APS, or AAPT account number, will allow the contact person to register online to establish a Usage Statistics
Service account. Access thereafter is by username and password. If you are at a subscribing institution, contact your online administrator (or the contact person on your online license) for details.
This Web-based, password-protected service was first launched in May 2001, and initially included only data for AIP and APS journals. Reports for each journal include the number of requests for full-text articles,
